Shipping

• Marissa Eykenloofs items are shipped via PostNL 

• Marissa Eykenloofs strives to ship out your order within two working days after your order is 
processed. Should there be an unexpected delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you 
within two working days. 
Shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge. 

• Shipping within the European Union has a cost of €9,95 (free shipping from €100) 

• Shipping to the rest of the world has a cost of €14,95 


Returns

• If your order is not completely what you have expected, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery. Please complete the 'return form’, please contact us and we will send you a link with the return form. 

• All articles that are complete, unused and in original packaging can be returned. 

• The return shipping of an item is in no circumstances ME's responsibility, thus we encourage any item you wish to return, sent through secured first class post. Please contact us and we will send you a link with the return form.

• In the case of damaged or missing items, the value of the item will be charged for. 

• We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your articles as per the standards described above. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed however please note that your bank might require additional payment process days before the refund will be shown in your account. This can take up to 3-5 working days depending on your bank.
